Can I place my order via mail?
Yes, you can print out an order form and mail it in with your photo and payment.
If you would like some assistance with the ordering process, please feel free to
contact Customer Service and we will be happy to take your order over the phone
and help you determine the best way to submit your photo(s). Please call during
our business hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm PST Monday through Friday at 714.813.3749.

Can you update me on the status of my order?
In order to check on the status of your order you can email customerservice@maddieandme.com
and someone will get back with you within 24 hours.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your customized maddie and me handbag will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks and jewelry
will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to be completed and shipped. Orders cannot
be processed until all information is received with the photograph/digital image.
If you need it quicker, we will try to work within your timeframe. Please send specific
delivery date needs in e-mail to customerservice@maddieandme.com.
What are the delivery options?
We ship within approximately 3 weeks of the order. We can process RUSH orders which
are pushed through the production process and typically arrive about a week earlier
than standard production orders. There is a $45 fee for all RUSH orders. For RUSH
orders, please email customerservice@maddieandme.com and we will call you to collect
your credit card information and process the $45 charge and push your order through
production.
What carriers are available to ship my order?
FedEx, United States Post Office and UPS.
Can a finished maddie and me handbag and/or jewelry be delivered to someone else?
Yes. We ask you for the shipping and billing address. We will not contact the recipient
in any way.
How will I know when my order ships?
We will e-mail you a shipping confirmation when your order ships. If tracking service
is available, we include the Tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.
